Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga focuses on building stability and mobility, strengthening our joints and bones.

We reach our optimal balance between Yin and Yang (mobility/stability) in our mid 20's to our mid 30's.

As our bodies age we become more yin-like, until we eventually end up very rigid and therefore benefit from a yin form of exercise to keep us mobile and stable.

You can book a private class for one person or small groups. All materials are supplied. Class can take place at your villa or at the yoga centre, or on the beach. Enquire for details and booking.
